Unstick Yourself - There's No Perfect Resume!

It's easy to get stuck trying to perfect your resume and write the perfect cover letter. There's not a perfect format, there's not perfect statement or summary, there's no perfect cover letter. 

Don't overthink what you're writing, sometimes less is more. If you're overwhelmed creating the documents, chances are it's going to include too much information. 

Take a step back after your first draft, simplify 🔊 and make sure you're highlighting your achievements and the skills you've developed. Leave enough room to pique interest in an HR pro or recruiter to start a conversation. 

There are a million and one ways to write a resume, but there's only so much we can do to get noticed. There are 100's of qualified candidates submitting resumes to each job.
